View Full Version : TWD PS3 Europe/UK - "Issue-60495"

I originally emailed TTG on 26/06/2012 (or for americans 06/26/2012) and again on 30/06/2012 (06/30/2012) and as yet i have heard nothing apart from the automated message quoting me the issue number 60495.
My original email was asking about how i go about claiming a refund from TTG regarding The Season Pass for TWD - I dont want this game any more as you have failed in every 'promise' you have made - and also marginalised an entire continent!!!
I would like a response of some kind - even EA games can reply within 24-48 and give an answer, not just an auto response.
GREAT WAY TO TREAT MILLIONS OF PEOPLE!

Just realised i have been given two "issue" numbers! - no wonder your company doesnt have a clue what its doing!
60274 - original number
60495 - number given when i tried to find out what happened to the first enquiry!!

TTG is a joke
We try very hard to respond to email within a day or two (and often reply even sooner). Response time may be a little longer on weekends or holidays. If a few days go by and you haven't heard back from us, there's a good chance we didn't get your email, or you didn't get our response. Please check your spam folder! If email just doesn't seem to be working, post in our support forum (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=26). Mention that you've already tried to email us, and we'll look into the problem right away.
I have tried numerous times already, is anyone at your company doing anything???? NOO

Still nothing from Telltale Games!!!
I have asked before, but, does anyone actually work in support and actually reads these emails/forum posts or not????
Doesnt look like they do. OVER A WEEK NOW!!! YOU LOT ARE A F*CKING JOKE AND I HOPE YOU ARE PROUD OF YOURSELVES.

I'm also encountering this problem; I sent an email regarding a refund just over a week ago now and still have no response.
I was quoted issue-60535 to be the number. I'll also make a thread and keep bumping this one until we are given some modicum of a response.

Looks like we are going to be waiting a long time - its not going to be this week....
TTG LETS US KNOW WHAT YOU INTEND TO DO - as i have also spoken with Sony and they say the fault lies 100% at your door!!!
