Anyone notice kinney kinda looks like he may be related to the Governor from TWDC? I just noticed that....it does say he has a brother in the comic books doesn't it?

If you shave Kenny, they look nothing alike. Also, the Governor never seemed fully Caucasian to me, which Kenny no doubt is.
