Great Cow Race: Can't reach!!!

I'm at the end of the great cow race and smiley has the knife but now I can't reach phoney! The mode thing doesn't even help this situatuion. Help!!!:confused::mad:

Since you can't reach the rope, try looking for something else to cut that might help you just as well.
