Can't play Doug story

I passed the first 2 eps with Carley but now when i finish the first game with Doug on another file I cant play him in ep 2 Only carley shows up. Why is this? Even I choose the file I saved Doug on Carley still shows up alive and not Doug in ep2.

I think that this is another bug that Telltale has to fix. I see no way around it.
