Episode 2 problem

Purchased episode 2 a couple weeks ago, even though in the launcher for Walking Dead under downloads it is indicated as "installed", I cannot find the episode anywhere and haven't recieved any feed back as to a solution. I will send them an e-mail again but perhaps an answer will come through this post. Pldease help.

use your complete episode 1 save slot then click on the arrow next to the title of the episode should then move to ep 2 and you have the option to 'play'
