The Walking Dead freezes on Mac

Hi!

Every now and then (in around 5-10 minute intervals) the game freezes/locks up completely. You can continue to play by waiting a minute and then pressing escape to reach the game menu and then "resume game". Between those times the game runs fine, so I cannot detect any distorted textures or similar.

I have already tried to turn everything to low or off in the graphic settings.

This is really very annoying and a fix or a hint on how to fix this would be appreciated.

- Running "The Walking Dead" via Steam

System:
Macbook Pro w. 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
4 GB RAM
Nvidia GFroce 320M with 256MB video memory
Mac OS Lion 10.7.4 with all OS patches applied

Edit:

Dorian, I solve the freezes problem.

Slow down the effects and turn off AntiAliasing.

But another problem comes up: The mouse was crazy, very very slow, affecting the gameplay.

This ports isn't very good.
