Can't Play Back to the Future

Hi also have this game on my account and installed, unlike Jurassic Park this does come up with the login window when i click the shortcut....but for some reason after i login successfully and click the "play" button nothing happens.
Please advise, this is now the second game ive brought today that i have no access to
