I have bought "back to the future mac (full 5 episode series) and I can't play the games, I can't download all of the episodes and I can't write on the forum or connect to the site because I don't have a password (now I write you because it's the account of my girlfriend)

It's sad because I have pay a game and I can't play this !!!
