Can't activate They Stole Max's Brain

I enter my email/password to log in and it just hangs on the "Unlocking" dialog interminably. Same result with my serial number. Redownloaded, reinstalled, restarted computer. Nothing works. Frustrating.

Windows 7, 64-bit. Played previous episode on this same machine with no problems.

Thanks! Mercifully, I did order the DVD, so I was able to play from that, but I appreciate the fix all the same.

My issue and setup (system-wise) is the same. However, I don't have a dvd since I purchased the games online and downloaded them. Is the a solution to the activation problem which doesn't include a dvd?
