Walking Dead Game Error

My brother recently bought Plus specifically to get The Walking Dead. He downloaded the demo, Episode 1, and Episode 2, but it still says Buy Game and he played Episode 1 and it was just the demo. We tried redownloading Episode 1 Full unlock. Nothing. Deleted it all multiple times and redownloaded it multiple times still nothing. Please help. He really wants to play it.

Did some snoopin' around, and it looks like this is a recurring issue with PSN+ freebies. I think your best best would be to do something similar to the advice on this thread (last post):

Basically, make sure the demo is "expired" (completed/timed out), then cancel a download of the demo/full game (which might clean up any persistent registry errors).
