Game Help on PC

I have already purchased, downloaded and played thru both episodes. I would periodically open game to see if next episode was available. However when I opened it the other day, the screen only opens about half the size instead of full screen and it says to enter email and password to unlock game. When I do that it goes to the main screen and stays there, it just says the walking dead, nothing to click on or move frwd. I dont know what to do. Help

Do I need to try to uninstall and reinstall or is there something else I can do? anyone else having this problem?

My recommendation would be come back in a year, when the other episodes are complete, and pray for a fix. :)
