Cancelation Notice?

My order cancellation notice hasn’t come yet, but Ryan said it “would come soon”... but that was yesterday at 6:55pm. Is there something up?
I would like to re-order my stuff ASAP so I don’t miss out on the sketchbook (because it says it won’t be reprinted!!).

I emailed Digital River about it again yesterday and have not heard back yet, maybe because it's the weekend. If they haven't responded by tomorrow I'll follow up.

Don't worry about the sketchbook, we won't be running out any time soon. ;)

oh, and I mean this (http://www.telltalegames.com/store/samandmax-sketchbook) sketchbook, which says "We will not be doing another print run after this, so if you want The Age of Sam & Max, buy now or forever hold your peace!" which is what got me panicking. :D
