Shipping to UK

Hi, I was just wondering how long shipping to UK should take. I got an email on the 25th of July saying my Sam and Max season 1 DVD had been dispatched but I haven't received it yet.

It usually takes at least 10-14 business days, and sometimes longer (we've had some European customers report 4-5 weeks). I don't know why it takes so long because I can send something from the post office and it gets to the UK a week later, but this has been our experience with international packages from our warehouse.

Thanks for the quick reply Emily, my DVD arrived today :) Took just over 2 weeks in the end so not too bad.
