i heard there is a csi game for nintendo ds coming out sum people say it is dark motives others say hard evidence which is it , i own the pc version of dark motives so wud it be worth getting the ds version like extra content or anything also would it have voice acting

We aren't developing the CSI game for the DS, so Im afraid we cant comment on the specific content (We just don't know!).

I do know that the DS game is Dark Motives, not Hard Evidence. As far as extra content or voices, I'm as clueless as you!

To my knowledge, the DS is not capable (because there's just not enough space on a game card) of voiceovers.

Not entirely true. The DS can handle voice, but you are right that space is an issue. Certainly it couldn't fit as much voice as the PC version, but who knows. I wouldn't be surprised to see some voice acting during important scenes.
