The cow was sick, pregnant and underfed according to all the various dialog you can have. So my bet is that she didn't make it.

We'll have a Maybelle (Was that her name? The cow, I mean) walker cow on our hands in episode five. This is what kills Lee. The end. :P (Hopefully that isn't the outcome xD)

Maybelle started the Apocalypse and got the other farm animals killed in the confusion so that the St. Johns would only have her left. Then she would get all the other animals' food and all the attention and care that the St. Johns were giving to the other animals.

It's all quite obvious, really.

Andy rushed to the barn and locked it up tight. Seeing his twice stabbed, beartrapped brother slowing dieing, allows Maybelle to eat his brother's leg off so she can live and so he can free his brother. Maybelle, now well fed, gives birth to two beautiful cows names Terry and Brenda. After a long night the zombies scatter. Danny died from blood loss forcing Andy to beat in his now walker brother's head in with a salt-lick. Andy, Maybelle, Terry, and Brenda leave the barn and live happily ever after. Oh yeah flashback spoiler for Episode 5, sorry.
