Charged for FREE Season 1 box set???!!!

i received an email today confirming products wich have been shipped to me, and although i bought season 1 as a full set download when it was first available, and i also selected the free option for season 1 download customers but it seems i have been charged anyways??? can someone look into this for me?

How much have you been charged? It could just be your shipping cost.

You were charged $34.93 - $19.99 for the soundtrack, $4.99 for the case file, and $9.95 for shipping. Your bonus DVD was free.

Ignore any values that were in the shipping email. Our ecommerce provider just took the total and divided it up among the three products (if you add them up, I bet they'll come out to $34.93 ;)).
