Hi! I ordered my copy of S&M 10 days ago (more or less), when will it be shipped? I'm suffering, here :D
Another question: I forgot to order the case file, am I still in time to order it and to pay shipping for them together, instead of paying shipping for two items? Thanks, you rule!

Did you order anything else with the DVD?
I think you can ask Telltale to cancel your order and then you can re-order everything again.

Yeah, but if you want to add something else to your order, they have to cancel it and then you have to reorder it again.
