Mac twd trouble downloading ep 2

im having trouble downloading episode 2 of TWD onto my mac. episode one worked fantastically. i 'get' episode two and it gets to 99.50% and then stops i have tried multiple times, left it on for prolonged periods of time and even on my macbook and still the same problem. i have even emailed telltale but no response.

just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem or if there is a fix or a patch or something i dunno, fuck this shit

none of this helps me. im not computer literate enough to do either of those options the auto DL or the manual DL. i got as far as downloading python and quit. only angered me more to see other users getting lucky and successfully downloading it at random
