Hi there

I've ordered the Season 1 disk to Vienna, Austria (Order 5433062500). I got a shipment notification on July 24th, but still no DVD.

Does it really take that long, or did my shipment just vanish?

It really takes that long. :( The post office says it should only take 10-14 days, but we've sometimes had European customers report shipping times of 4-5 weeks on orders from our store.

If you haven't received it by the end of August, send an email to support@telltalegames.com to let us know and we'll send out a replacement. Otherwise, just keep checking the mailbox, because it's definitely on its way.
