I didn't recieve my game and case file!

A couple of days ago while awaiting my dvd I got sent an email that where problems with the shipment for some obscure reason. I have played all the episodes but I do so wish for a hard copy of the game so if any Telltale staff could be so kind to help me through the problem I'd be ever so grateful.
