Interactive Walking dead scene on youtube

Hello,

A few days ago i made a interactive video on a scene from episode 3 of The Walking Dead in which you simply enough can choose the outcomes of that scene like you're playing it yourself.
So now i would like to know if that goes against your 'Terms of Use' or do i have the permission to continue making interactive videos of gameplay from The Walking Dead.

PS. I'm only making certain scenes, not whole episodes.

We are not opposed to you making fan videos, as long as you are not making them for profit. However, we do ask that you impose reasonable limits on the level of interactivity in your videos and the overall amount of content used. If the videos too closely resemble actual gameplay, that would violate our Terms of Use.
