How can you people be so cruel?! A cat lowers the chance of having a heart attack by 46%, which is something Larry really could have used. I'd sacrifice the puppy, because I know Larry wouldn't want anyone to suffer the same fate he did, and with the kitten I am 46% less likely to do so.

Only thing I'd worry about with the puppy is emotional attachment. If we were caught in a hostage situation, I bet the dog wouldn't be able to shut up, and would get shot for it. And then there's the chance a full grown dog would fail to follow us if we urgently needed to make an escape. :(

i would use the animals as a distraction but not just feed them to the zombie, then just get behind him and grab the keys, remember zombies are stupid and slow so it's no big deal to pickpocket a zombie

Puppy or kitten? both are useless but at least a puppy has the potential to grow into something useful,as a farmer I definitely value the worth of a dog a lot more than a cat.

A dog could become a guard dog,a fighting dog, a sniffer dog(for supplies) and would also be valuable for carrying some of those supplies. Dogs would also keep up with you, a damn cat would have to carried. It also depends which breed of dog, one of my border collies would be a lot more useful than my hyperactive and noisy Jack Russell terrier.

if this was a dog or cat person question, i like cats more so i am a cat person, although i really like most animals, i just find that dogs require to much attention like a clingy girlfriend or something, but cats are independent and require less attention
