Bone error on activation

I'm trying to install the first Bone game, by activating the demo. I run the game, and say I want to play the full version at the splash screen. The screen blanks and displays the following:

We're Sorry.

The product you have selected is not available.
Please click your back button to continue.

Error Number: 30053006 - 0

Suggestions welcome!

(I tried to re-download the game, but the download page would let me download Sam and Max, and Samorost, but neither Bone game. I seem to remember there was another site to download from but I've forgotten it!)

Have you tried uninstalling the demo and then downloading the full game? Go to this page (http://www.telltalegames.com/support/findmyorder/), fill in the details and redownload.

Where did you download this demo? It sounds outdated, but I'd like to know for sure in case there is a problem with our current download. Would it be possible for you to post a screenshot of the demo screen so we can see if it's the new version or the old version?

If you haven't purchased the games yet and want to, you can either do it through a demo or by buying them in the online store: http://www.telltalegames.com/store/bone

If you did purchase them and it was before Nov. 1st 2006 or through an older version of the demo, activating the demo or going through the Find My Order page isn't going to work for you anyway. In that case, download the newest version, click Activation Support and follow the instructions.
