I played around a bit with the anagram server (http://wordsmith.org/anagram/), and here are some interesting possibilities with the title:

A Satanic Notice - Aaaah! Hilarity ensues when Bosco receives this in the mail.

ET Attains Casino - Beings from outer space take over the Toy Mafia

And my personal favourite: Satanic Aconite - Aconite is monkshood (the plant), so this must be about a secret order of devil-worshipping monks.
