Although... it's been a long ass time already, you guys should have it by now.

WoW great hindseight there. Now go play somewhere else.

My guess is that most of the users who complain here bought the season pass. I did, and if I had know that I would be neglected in each.

TTG has since the first release promised that they would work towards a simultanious release across platform and region. They have yet to comment on how far they are in this process(I'm guessing not very far).

They still haven't responed to the mail I sent them on the subject either.

Well I got that of my chest.. I hope that'll help me keep sane for the rest of the week.. hopefully.

What you should do is complain to Sony. This is clearly Sony treating Europeans as second grade customers and not telltale fault.

I was never blaming Telltale, I know it's Sony's fault. But still, they could send it off for certification earlier? Also alot of people post spoilers on the facebook page or here to ruin it for others on purpose, I know some players don't be some will gladly do it just to ruin it for others.

I'm sure US PSN and EU PSN receive the finished game at the same time as each other. EU PSN are the slow ones that always take longer than everyone else and sadly I have no idea why!

Just be happy telltale been doin the international you know they really dont have to they can make it us only just saying show some gratitude for actually getting it.

Why should I be grateful? They chose to go international because they wanted the money. They sold five episodes to me, i.e. took my money, now I expect them have to deliver.

In fact TTG should be grateful to all the PS3 EU gamers who have bought their game, (especially those of us who bought the full five episode pack), giving them funds to keep on producing games.

really helpful answers here. that's why i simply can't stand pc gamers. it has nothing to do with consoles.
yeah, of course it's sony's fault but why not giving them the game earlier so a worldwide release would be possible? i'm bettin all my money on a release this or next friday for eu users. that's how it was with every episode since the first one (btw: why did they manage to release the first one for everyone everywhere at the same damn time?!)
if i would have known that tt seems to be just too stupid to plan it right, i would definitely have bought the game via my us account.

I wish one side or the other would just be straight and say what the issue is and more importantly PLAN for the future on both sides so it doesn't keep happening time after time, I guess it's a Sony issue with the number of things not in this weeks update (castlevania, CS:GO, Retro city, Spyro).

It's really off putting I love TT games but I won't be buying a season pass ever again as I don't feel it, or I as paying upfront customer was worth anything regardless of where the fault lies

...because Telltale knows things about PSN updates which Sony doesn't.

Thinking about the whole situation, both Sony and Telltale know the reason for the delay. Its just that Sony most likely can not say due to possible contractual obligations and would also strain the relationship with TellTale for releasing said information. What I assume is that because the cert process is so "guarded", if TellTale reveals why the game hasn't been released, Sony doesn't have to take the brunt of attacks from angry fans since it is seen as them being the last hurdle.

The way Jawad, is responding to people sounds like its not actually Sony's problem and it is in fact Telltale's. But the big problem is that SCEE has not actually released a lot of games either (they still have yet to release Counter Strike GO, Retro City Rampage etc etc). So I don't exactly take Sony's its their fault when they don't tell us why!

Now I'm not defending Sony but Telltale could easily tell us why its been delayed, but they don't either. Its a stupid never ending circle, that will also happen with episode 5 and we will never know why.

And one more

We definitely do care. But never forget, we also do as much as we can to support publishers. if something is missed by them then the blame squarely falls to them, should it not?

We’re looking into a lot of the issues that have been brought up today. Of course, things like game requests e.g. PSOne titles, are a little less priority.

Walking Dead though is coming soon. I may have more to share tomorrow.

What annoys me the most about these spoilers, is the regular users understand so post in the spoiler forums. It's the new users who post in here.

They, being new to the site would have found the forums via linking through https://www.telltalegames.com/walkingdead/ so have had to navigate here. Ah, the ever hilarious blame tango. I remember last time TellTale were hinting it was all SCEE's fault. Honestly, I just assume both groups are idiots - by Chapter 4 TellTale MUST know where the problems are and have options to iron them out, since other companies manage to do multiconsole, multinational updates and releases (Including TellTale themselves for the first episode Do they have this problem with the other games they've put out?

Equally, it can't be coincidence that SCEE just happens to be the one putting it out ten days late every bloody time. I really suspect the blame should be shared between the two.

Frankly, the fact TellTale's Customer Service is so terrible is what's making me more grumpy than the delays (and convinced me not to buy more of there products). Things like that Tweet just rubbing salt into the wound (Yeah, ALL of us would like to play, thanks) combined with a wall of silence just don't work well. You don;t have to say what's wrong, just acknowledge there is yet another delay and say you're sorry. I'm not sure anyone at TellTale knows the word, though...maybe you can use my Season Pass money to buy a dictionary, guys?

Its TTG's job to ensure that thier game gets released on time, not scee.

TTG has had enough time to learn how to submit a episode to scee.

A direct link to the tweet (https://twitter.com/PlayStationEU/status/256355424394158080).

Im guessing the this means that the TTG promotion/advertising train will continue full steam ahead, with out mentioning scee or all the european fans that they have let down once again.*sigh*

It's a shame it's another week but at least we know and that's what most of us have been asking for.

Also, Dishonored and XCom both out this week. That will fill some gaming hours.

Played the XCom demo, and I'm sure I'll have enough to do until episode 5 is released.

Me too, thought it was excellent.

Hopefully they have managed to integrate the patch with the episode download. If not... well they won't get any new fans from Europe.

Errrrr, just for my release date statistics, did this release on the 17th or the 18th now (mind you, I'm only interested in Pacific Standard time dates ;) )?

They were a little early on PSN this week and Ep 4 was up at 3 p.m. GMT on October 17, which translates into 8 a.m. PST, October 17.;)

Unless the Daylight Saving Times have mucked eveything up for me.

Word of warning VDViking, the patch was definitely not integrated with the episode!
I was just finishing my second playthrough and my game got corrupted, both saves gone!!! and I bet they'll take a long time to realese the patch.
I fully blame Telltale for that but I hope EU psn wont take their time in realising the patch(US already has it).

I want my decisions to be the same for the finale but having to play all 4 episodes again, twice!, doing the same choices!!! boring and time consuming.

Thanks for the warning FarmerJoe. I'm starting to think that my decision to not play the game until I have all 5 episodes was the right one. I feel for you, and all others who has lost their saves because of TTG (and SCEE).

While TWD has some replay value, it may not hold up to several forced replays because of corrupted saves.
