License Revoked? PC-Telltale Account

I own the game, I've played all three previous chapters. I pre-ordered from Telltalegames.com However I get the message

"Your Telltale account does not currently have a license for this game. Would you like to go to Telltale Games website to purchase the game now?"

This only appeared after the release of Episode 4. I also made sure to sign into the website and then try playing with no success.
