Problem near the end of EP4 (PS3)

After the part where Lee finds Clem's walkie next to the tent, I wasn't allowed to choose a phrase to say to the group. I switched controllers and the problem was still there. Anybody else have this problem?

Did you decide to hide the Bite? I did and it did the same thing to me I hid the bite than it wouldn't let me do anything afterwards not even decide to tell the group that I had been bitten.

I decided to show the bite. It let me select circle to pick it then it didn't let me respond to anything after.

That's what happened to me but I chose to hide the bite but then it wouldn't let me interact with anything afterwards hopefully it's just a first day bug
