Stuck on case 5!!

HELP! LOL I'm at the very beginning of the Peacemaker. I went through all the evidence Im suppose to collect in the store, double checked with the one hint he will give, did what I was suppose to at the mobile lab, etc. But, there is no option to go to the morgue or anything?? Has anyone else had this issue?

match the blood at the scene to keith, and you need to match the prints from BOTH guns to keiths fingerprints

did anyone have the problem of seeing the glass shards. I cant see mine at all i changed the color on the tv but they are transparent to the white table i dont know what i am doing wrong

Hmm.... Could you see the glass shards when you picked them up off the floor? It's very strange that you'd see them in one place but not the other.

i am stuck on case 5. the only table i see in the museum is the one where the irons are and i can't find the scratch marks or the metal shards next to grissoms foot HELP!!!!!!
