I also voted a LOT of characters.

Shane stands out though. He's pretty insignificant in the comics, but the TV series really changes him up, and for the better, there is more build up, tension, that back-and-forth friendship you see between Lee and Kenny.

You mean the comics?

In the comics all he does is whine, while in the show he actually has a stronger personality.

but in the end he is a bad guy(in the show), i dont like as in like bad guys they can be badass but i dont like them, he is cool in the show though

Whoops, forgot to also pick Jim from the comics. sigh

Even though he was a bit character, his death really touched me, and he was one of the first characters I really related to.

i quite liked his part in the tv show, he eventually accepts death/zombification and asks to be left at the side of the road and just lets it happen, i think i may do the same in his situation, but yeah he is a bit character

I voted Lee/Clem/Katjaa/Lilly/Michonne/Andrea, I just love lee as a character (not counting the badass and silent Lees), same with clem, she is strong and smart, besides, cute as hell .^.
I really like Katjaa, she represented the morals of the group. Even when I don't actually like blue eyes, kat's cold staring-into-the-void eyes made her one of my most favorite characters. I think of her as the perfect survivor, even when she's not the most survival-oriented person, she seem to be just... The most human of the group.
Lilly... She is strong, and I just love the fact that she still has a weak side, but choose to hide it to be a better survivor. Same with Michonne; she could handle her emotions better than Lilly, however. Andrea could fit here too, she doesn't hide his weak personallity as much as Lilly and Michonne. She is the perfect combination of Lilly-Michonne-Katjaa. I can't really choose a favorite character, since they all have their own pros and cons. I like everybody I just mentioned (:
