I purchased season 1 of Sam & Max through Steam before I had even visited the Telltale website, so I was unaware that they sent you the retail boxset if you ordered the whole thing.

Can anyone tell me if I order season 2 through Telltale, will they send me a copy of the retail boxset to the UK? And how much would the delivery charge be?

Thanks.

Yup. They do deliver to the UK. I can't remember how much p&p/delivery costs but it's not much (no more than a few quid or so, iirc).

The post and packaging depends on the weight of items in total, but like SamnMad said it wouldn't be much - just don't be suprised if you get hit by a customs charge.

And how much is a customs charge?

That'll depend on how much you've ordered. You'll get charged VAT on the orders plus £8 Post Office handling fees.

I'm not sure if Telltale have fixed this by charging VAT for physical items in the store now... I think I remember Emily saying something like this. Please could someone confirm if this is true or not?

Hopefully by next spring when the disc comes out, we will have made some changes and won't run into the same customs problems we did this year. You will probably still need to pay VAT but I want to make it so the VAT is charged in our store, so you won't also be hit with the £8 handling fee. Still looking into how to do this but we still have a lot of time between now and the disc release. :D
