A. She will die. No matter what, in everyone's playthrough, she will die.

or

B. She either lives or dies based on the choices made by each player throughout the season.

I would like there to be an option for different endings. Like Heavy Rain really. Clem is found alive. Clem is found dead. Clem is attacked by walkers and dies. Lee turns and eats Clem. Clem puts a bullet through Lee's head and escapes, etc etc. Not to mention the fate of the other characters too.
