I noticed a cool parallel from episode 1 and 5

Did anyone else notice that you start the game out in cuffs, and the game ends with you in cuffs?

Also, in the beginning of episode 1, remember how Clem gives you a hammer to save yourself from the zombie in her house? At the end of episode 5, you help give her a baseball bat so she can save herself from a zombie.

I thought that was a really cool couple of parallels which IMO were definitely on purpose. I especially liked the one with Clem because it says something about her starting out as defenseless and only able to help you protect her, but now she is able to defend herself.

All in all such an amazing fucking game. Probably in my top 3 of games ever.

Also, I'm not sure if anyone noticed the call back to the cop that was driving you in Episode 1. When Clem asks if she should get the keys or the gun first, Lee says get the gun, always the gun. I felt he had this response because he reached for the keys first on that cop, and then almost died.

And also how she repeatedly mashed the cop while Lee does nothing (which mirrors the cop in the beginning), was a reflection of how Lee hit the babysitter in front of her!

They make a lot of Parallel's like that in the entire game. Take a look back to stuff Mark says in Episode 2 and what he winds up doing.

Or Heck, another point in Episode Five where Lee gets his arm cut off. Then whats the next thing Lee's doing? CUTTING OFF ARMS!
