What she drank isn't going to hurt the baby. Lots of people drink regularly through pregnancy and have perfectly normal babies. She didn't even show any signs of drunkenness later on, she obviously didn't have all that much.

dont worry, i will petition for her death or suicide sometime in season 2, maybe after she has the baby she has post depression and kills herself or dies during the birth of the child(the child is fine but she dies). She will not get away with surviving.
