Hi. No. Bye.
Could you provided any sources for that information?
I really liked the game and I want to recommend it to some people that don't speak English very well. I really hope there's a subtitle patch, not a dubbed version of the game, the English voice acting is awesome.
Thanks.

Telltale really lacks on traslations.
This is the first "Game of The Year" that hasn't had any foreign localization.
This is very dumb, imho.
Don't have hopes, Telltale will never hear your concerns about this.
I've addressed this problems for years, now.
They never had care for spanish or italian people, we're left aside.

Learning enlgish is not that hard. Playing videogames and watching movies without subtitles can help more than taking english courses at school, you know? If I were you, I would just try to play the game with english subtitles. That way, you would still be able to read what you don't get "by ear" :)

Don't be rude... trying to be less of an asshole would serve you just fine :D

Hi. No. Bye.
Hi. This (http://www.telltalegames.com/forums/showthread.php?t=27170). Bazinga. Have a nice day.
Telltale confirmed that this game will have spanish subtitles. It's official. It's the ONLY confirmed foreign language which the game will be translated (subtitles only, of course).

Where did they confirm that? You link is just a thread with random people talking without any response from a telltale employee whatsoever. How is something "official" and "confirmed" if the company hasn't even posted there?
the only thing I can see is a moderator (who is not an employee of telltale games by the way) posting:
The PC/Mac version won't be launching with Spanish subtitles, but I've been told we'll likely be patching them in very shortly after launch.[...]
#1 he isn't an employee of the company, just a random forum mod. they have no insight on the development process whatsoever and basically their opinions or posts are as useless as from anyone else
#2 that post was made back in April! So here is your "subtitles will be patched shortly".. just lol.
So far, nothing about subtitles has been confirmed yet.
I am not saying there will never be any subtitles for other languages, but for now English is the only available option. With the big success of Season 1 we might see that implemented in Season 2, Spanish, German, Russian etc wouldn't surprise me. But again, so far: no. And nothing has been confirmed yet whatsoever.

You are also not an employee of Telltale, not even a mod.. and nevertheless you are confirming something you don't know really

Wow, I didn't know that Mike it's not working for Telltale anymore.
Back on February, he WAS an employee and he stated that as a Telltale's employee.
In fact Mike said once that they was working on the translation so...
We don't know anything more, however. Maybe it's cancelled or they are translating to german and french, like their other games and they want to release the subtitles together.
