Hi,
make TellTale Games german subtitles for Season 2?
TellTale Games are a big studio so it should be no problem that it make ones.

Many small IndieStudios have also German Subtitles.

A german Synchro is not important only Subtitles.

I understand english but in less time I can not understand all Answers.

I know for sure that there are custom files to change the subtitles to German. I saw a German guy having his subtitles and all options in German.

A quick google search gave me this http://www.schote.biz/sprachdateien-deutschpatches/10-the-walking-dead-episode-3/1048-deutsche-texte-untertitel-menus.html

only the first 3 episodes translated but hey I'm sure if you google further you would find it for all 5. There are also spanish ones etc. All fan-made.

Thanks but I know about this Fanmade Subs. (I habe placed Episode 1-4 with this subs)
Today they release it for Episode 5. (so today i can play the last episode ;) )

And this is the problem. So if a Fan make some subs it takes much time.

If TellTale makes german subtitle we can play it on release. This game is so epic so its not easy to wait longer.^^

If anyone knows how to decrypt the subtitle files, please share your information.

What do you mean decrypt? Are you stuck at the captcha? Or do you need the password?
If the latter is the case the password is: www.schote.biz

I came to this thread hoping someone had heard a rumor that part of the game was going to take place on a German submarine.

I'm sorry for being inaccurate. I was trying to edit the original native subtitles but the files are encrypted, thus I couldn't simply open them with text editors.

since it's a ttarch file extension I'd assume you need the Telltale Explorer

The current TT Explorer doesn't support TWD yet. Nevertheless, thanks for the tip. Guess I have to wait.
