What am I doing wrong?

I have bought the back to the future game Order #600198351829419 | Placed January 6, 2013. When I type in my email address and password it says I dont own the game. Does it take awhile before the order gets into the computer? When I go to my games on the website episode 1 is there. I just dont know whats wrong.

I have verified that your purchase has been completed and all episodes have valid serial numbers associated with them. It's possible that if you attempted to access the game immediately after purchasing, that the serial numbers were not yet associated with each episode. That should no longer be an issue, however, so if you are still having trouble, please let me know.
