We'll i've been replaying this game for a while now i havent really put much thinking on how these scenerios play out then something hit me. In Episode 3 we had a total of 6 guns 3 rifles and 3 pistols. Where did these weapons go?
I understand if Lily took the RV she had almost everything, but what about everyone else. There are 4 guns unaccounted for were did they go TT?

we had to leave the motor Inn, you remember that? we didn't carry 'em all the way, they sure had an armoury or storage or something like that, there was no time for getting them.

At the begining of episide 4 guns had: Lee (Glock 17) Ben (Glock 17) Kenny (Glock 17) Christa (Beretta 92), When group goes to Crawford, Kenny has rifle (not Charlotte). When Lee covered RV in ep 3, he used Charlotte, but we cant see this weapon again.

In Episode 5 I still had the coins I got from Episode 2. I don't know if it's a glitch, or if lee still had them, because it seems weird :p

Lee probably has Carley's glock (even if you saved Doug the group does do routine trips to the pharmacy and must have picked it up).
Ben and Kenny probably got their weapons when Mark joined the group (he was at a military base).
Christa got the weapon that Carley (or Doug) took from the bandit leader.

God knows what happened to Charlotte or Lilly's sniper (the one she used when the bandits raided the camp, it's the same weapon Mark used while we went hunting). The only other weapons left unaccounted for is the weapon Lilly had at the beginning of episode two, the rifle without the sniper on it and the weapon Kenny used when Mark and Lee went hunting with him. It's likely that they were left at the motel when the bandits attacked.

(or Doug)

Why put Doug in parentheses? He was still saved by many people, He doesn't need to be separated like he isn't important! Carley also isn't much! She jus-Ok...I get too carried away when it comes to people "Ignoring Doug." He is still a very useful character. [/RANT]

 I'm sorry! It's just in my canon Carley was the one who survived the pharmacy attacked.

Yeah, Carley actually picked up the Beretta when the bandits attacked (it was the gun that the bandit leader dropped, the one Lilly took out). I'm assuming she went into the RV and got more ammo for it (it's likely that there was ammo for it because her Glock uses the same ammo as a Beretta, 9mm). She'd probably use her reliable Glock 17 but Lilly had it (she later uses it to shoot her).

Christa is actually seen using the Beretta later in the game.

I thought that Lee was always used Carley's Glock, but now I have remember that if I save Doug, Glock will lost in drugstore.

Hey, anybody tell me please, what gun Clementine got in the end (cop's gun) Is it Glock? If it Glock that mean that she has 17 bullets (or 16, if you decide to shoot Lee)

Actually it's likely that the gun was recovered. Lee and Kenny do runs into the pharmacy regularly, apparently, so it's likely that they picked it up along with her ammo.

It may just be a stab in the dark but I'd really like it if it were Carley's gun. The same gun Lilly used to kill Doug and Carley, the same gun that Lee used to train Clementine, the same gun Lee used to defend the house. It may still actually be on Lee, when he died, if you saved Ben (he picked up the gun when Lee dropped it). It's just symbolic, I guess.

I think it might have been. It looked like the same model as Carley's gun. As to how much ammo it has... There are a lot of jurisdictions that restrict magazines from holding more than 10 rounds and for all we know the cop may have used some of the ammo as well. Hopefully she has those 16 rounds (or 17) though.

Charlotte?

Charlotte?
It's Danny St. John's weapon of choice. The same gun he used to kill Jolene. If you speak to him after the reconnaissance mission with Lee he'll show his "affection" towards the gun.

"I'm glad I got to you her today... my girl here."
"You uh, really like that gun."
"What's not to like?"
"It's just a gun..."
"That's where you're wrong. This is Charlotte. She's as faithful as a starvin' hound when you got a bone in your pocket."

After deciding Danny's fate, Lilly takes Charlotte and brings it back to the motel. It's the same gun Lee uses when he was defending the motel against bandits and, later, walkers.

Funny how there are so many glock 17s whath happened to the beretta (silver one) that the bandit shot by lilly had? Havent seen it in a while.

Also, i think the glock 17 lee had was carleys. Or maybe christa got it.

:p
I wouldn't say he's very useful. He has his moments to shine but in the grand scale of things he is more in the background than all of the other core characters. I wouldn't say he is unimportant but he is less valued than Carly by the majority and for good reason.

I only kept Doug alive in my second play through to see all of the possible ways the game could play out but doing so only reaffirmed that my original decision to save Carly over him was the right choice. Hence why, I for one, consider my Carly save file canon.

Telltale definitely put more thought and care into the Carly character, the amount of lines and scenes she has over Doug speaks for it self. Then you throw in the heart to heart moments and intimacy she can have with Lee makes her seem more valid and congruent in the grand scale of the story.

As for saying Carly isn't much, even if I favoured Doug for reasons other than his usefulness I still couldn't deny that Carly did far more for the group within the first few hour of being with them than Doug probably did in 3 episodes. I say this because she saved Duck, going against Lilly's wishes when the group first arrived at Macon, she argued in favour of Lee's group being allowed to stay in the pharmacy, then she saves either Lee or Clementine from the walker in the toilet. She goes to help rescue Glen with Lee and helps clear out the motor inn with Lee so the group can go back there later to live. She shoots at least 4 zombies when the pharmacy is attacked at the end. In episode 2 she consoles Lee about his past, she rescues Lee by shooting Danny's ear. In episode 3 she gives Lee advice regarding his secret past, explaining the consequence of the group hearing his past from someone over than himself and she assists during their defense against the bandits.

Doug distracts the walkers so Lee can get the keys to save Larry.(That was the reason since the group were no longer trapped.)Doug makes an impressive alarm system which didn't really make a difference to the group in the long term and didn't keep them any more safe than they were with Lilly and Carly on look out and finally he distracts Andy with a laser pointer to give Lee the upper hand in battle. Those are his contributions to the walking dead game. Doug practically apologies for his lack of usefulness in episode 3 when he explains that he can't do anything without having any tools, which they did not have and we all know that he doesn't like guns.

LoL you counting guns, if you play Sherlock Holmes on the game continuously you will find major loopholes at part , every game has them.

yeah they really do, at least such obvious things like the fact that Clem is 8, 9 in Ep5 but also she's a first grader  ... (I know, that one was mentioned in other threads like X-thousand times)

I came to the conclusion that on the whole the game is given to us two clips for Glock-17, that is, 34 bullets, I remember all the shots from the Glock starting from the moment when bandits attacked a Motel, and ending point where Lee, Kenny Omid and Christa are gunned down in the house, Lee has got last 5 bullets, everything converges (+ teaching Clem to shoot. Without misses)

zombies clawing at the front door to the catholic school every time Lee walks by, suddenly Ben walks by to get the axe and they've all somehow disappeared

Kenny, the sole completely able-bodied man left, doesn't even try to pull up Christa from inside the building before jumping down to give her a boost

Lee helps Doug/Carly and Ben get to the RV during the escape from the motel before Katjaa and the kids

that alarm system might have kept bandits from getting over the wall during the attacks post-St. Johns' farm. (they could shoot from a distance, but they couldn't get through without setting off the alarm.) we just might not have been privy to that.

Oh, and none of the characters ever needs a restroom. Not even Clementine, she just asks once but forgets about it as soon as the zombie comes out.

Seriously though, loss and findings of weapons do not need to be explained much, especially not between episodes (as LOTS of stuff seems to happen between eps 1 and 2, 2 and 3 and even 3 and 4). Guns get tossed aside for being too heavy, lack of ammo, malfunction, pure weaponry overload, the better alternative or because the carrier just prefers another one. The only relevant gun is the one in Lee's hands, anyway.
