I do, and they respect me but then he just drinks from Max and wins. I also found my way into Jurgens coffin, and I'm lost there too. I can't do anything to the spotlight and it won't let me go left. EDIT: I figured out what to do with the spotlight, as far as the bulb. I then shone the light on him, but now I don't know what to do..

Yeah, I know. I figured that out, if you read my spoiler. I beat him now, the only problem I have now is with Jesse James hand, I know how to finish it but he kicks back right next to the cake then every time I have him fire he just stays in the same place, even thoug he's pointing diagonally.
