Alley of the Dolls Max ending

N eed help getting Max to climb the statue to rescue Sam. I sure I done everything right, but when I get the Sam clones to boot him up in the air towards the ribs, he just falls back down. Been stuck here for hours. What am I missing?

Have you actually walked towards the ribs before launching yourself? If you really done everything right, there shouldn't be any Sam clones to the right side so you can take a turn to the other side of the statue of liberty, from there on you should meet more sam clones and you should use them to get to the ribs.
