Purchasing Bone

I would like to purchase Bone - BUT the payment options which you offer make it quite difficult for me to give you my money. ;P

I am located in good old Europe ( ;) )(GER) and i do not possess a credit card and i am not willing to register for paypal just for one money transfer .

So what about opening a nice bank account in Europe and accepting money transfers?

If you're not willing to register with PayPal, do you maybe have a friend with a PayPal account who could help you out?

Out of curiosity, how do you normally purchase things from foreign sellers (eBay, etc.)?
