View Full Version : No Order Confirmation E-Mail or Download Links for Season 2

I made a purchase about 20 to 30 minutes ago and was instructed by the site to wait for an e-mail confirming my purchase (or something to that effect). Since the e-mail has yet to arrive and I do not see download links for Season 2 on the My Telltale "your games" page, I'm starting to wonder whether or not my order was successfully submitted. The order consisted of Sam & Max Season 2 and some other items (books, DVD).
Send an email to support@telltalegames.com and someone will take a look as soon as they can.
(Note that it's 9pm on Saturday night so you might not get a reply right away, but we try to generally be pretty quick about these things!)

Here's an update to my order situation. I finally received an order confirmation e-mail containing an order ID number, but when I go to check the order details on my account page, the order appears blank. The download links for Season Two are also still missing.

Please check again, it should be fixed now. Also I issued a $5 refund since you bought the Surfin' the Highway paperback and Animated Series DVD separately (they are available in a bundle for a $5 discount).

Once again, thanks for the prompt response and the $5.00 refund. I checked the my games page and my order is now showing, along with download links for Season Two.
I DL'd the first episode of Season Two and tried unlocking it, but I'm encountering the activation problem being discussed here:

Yep, we're working with our ecommerce provider (who maintains the activation server) to try to get the problem resolved. I'll post on the original thread when the problem has been fixed. Sorry for the inconvenience!
