When will the new series be announced?

Can you give us any idea of when the new game title for telltale will be announced? I check the site each day in vain hope that there will be an update on the matter, but instead there is even less information than before.

Please just give us a ballpark estimate of when we can expect to hear the news.

I've noticed often one announcement will be made to help promote something else. So my guess will be the next series will be announced around the launch of the first StrongBad title. That way the new title gets column inches, plus StrongBad gets to ride that publicity wave too.

The other avenue is at events like E3 and ComicCon, both coming up in the next month or so I believe.

So I'm picking that one of these thing in July will lead to the next announcement, but nobody (outside of Telltale) knows for sure.

We should be able to spill some details pretty soon, which is good, because this game looks too good to keep it a secret much longer. (Okay, fine, you want a hint? It's a pretty big franchise, and one I bet none of you are expecting...)

If it's a big franchise, the game is probably of something that's got a big release thats coming soon. X-files maybe?
