Season 1 + 2 Disc

I purchased Season 1 + 2 of Sam & Max. I didn't order the CD of Season I when it was released, because I wanted to get both DVDs at one time to save shipping. Now I tried to get order both DVDs, but my CODE of DVDI does not work anymore. Any ideas ? :confused:
