Go to Marzi's house. If you look around a bit, you'll find Onions. Get them by clicking on them. Go to the track. Go to the locker room. Give the onions to Homestar. Ask Homestar to take a shower. He will, and he'll put his clothes in the second locker door. Click on the door to get is clothes. PRESTO! You has his clothes.
