Yeah its in the KOTs castle. You can't go there until later. Also It's a hard obstacle type course that I am currently having trouble doing.

How did you GET in the vent?

Use the plunger on the pipe thing (?) underneath the vent. Then click on the plunger and then on the vent.

Anyway, I figured out how to get the record. Don't need help anymore.
