Use your phone, have a conversation with Marzi. Eventually you'll get her to leave the house. Go to her house. Use the hedge trimmers on the Homestar float.

Using homestars phone, call marzipan and tell her the race is starting. then go to her house and use the hedge trimmer on the statue. if you dont have the hedge trimmer, then make a new thread. homestar statues severed head will go into your inventory :cool:
