How do I get the Hedgeclippers?

click on the hedge by marzipans house. then talk 2 her about the hedge. u will get bubs's consession stand on your map. he has the clippers

bubs' is already on my map.He won't give me anything(except a piece of the manual).I got him on my map for responding to the "total load" e-mail.
