The Free Country Tri-Annual Race to the End of the Race question

I have beaten the game with a decent time on that race. I just want to know how to do the race again after beating the game.

Also, (SPOILER HIGHLIGHT)I sprinkled some Total Load into Strong Mad's locker AFTER I beat the game. Will that do anything? Will doing it pre-game-beatage do anything?

I think if you're in extended play you can just click the starting line to run the race again.

To answer:
Pre-beating the game, if you sprinkle Total Load in Strong Mad's locker BEFORE you get Pom Pom disqualified, and then ask Coach Z to search the lockers, he'll find Total Load in Strong Mad's locker, and there will be a dialog scene with Strong Mad and Coach Z, where we learn Strong Mad is allowed to take Total Load, but only on Tuesday.
