Season 2 Collectors disc issue

Hi.

I can't seem to use my order number for my Sam and Max season 2 upgrade (I got the free 201 episode from your mailing list offer) to get the free dvd. It just says invalid number each time and I'm positive I haven't used the order number to attempt to get the season 2 disc before now.

Any help?
