I think it stands for Peacey. The name is Peacey Peacey, which sounds stupid and redundant. So he shortened the second Peacey to P so it sounds better.

Obviously it stands for Puff. So he is Peacey Puff, but the puff got in the way of him and his fans so he shortened it to P.
